The Story of 
Jabb pictures was formed in 2008 by Jason Hoover. He set out to create a production company to fulfill his ultimate dream of creating a feature length film. With the help of friends and family he began to assemble the equipment necessary to make this dream a realty. A borrowed camera from his brother Bill, a microphone and computer from another brother Brandon and the endless support of his fiance, willing to mortgage her future to bring Jason's dream to fruition. Knowing very little about computers, Jason slowly upgraded his computer for editing, and taught himself how to use the Final Cut editing software. With no formal training in filmmaking, Jason began to write and direct short films featuring his friends and family. The feedback from everyone was very positive, reassuring Jason that this was indeed his true calling. Jason has continued to write, direct, produce and edit his films and in November of 2009, JABB pictures released it's first film "Spike" at HorrorHound Weekend. The film has been reviewed by many of the top critics and podcasts in the horror genera. All of which, gave overwhelmingly positive reviews. JABB pictures is currently filming their first feature length film "Polly". A realization of the dream Jason set out to obtain. JABB pictures hopes for the future are to continue to produce high quality feature length films in the horror genera as well as the documentary and action generas.
